These standards below are the bench mark of my level of quality customer service. They were written to give me a guideline to work from and to provide my clients with the professionalism and peace of mind they deserve when they entrust their special event to my care. 
 
I WILL ALWAYS:
 
  • Put you first
  • Treat you with respect
  • Tell you the truth
  • Give you my very best
  • Return your calls
  • Answer all your questions
  • Set up ahead of time
  • Show up fifteen minutes before event
  • Dress appropriately
  • Play the music you selected ahead of time
  • Help entertain your guests with my vast music knowledge
  • Help you make your event unique, fun, and memorable!
 
These lacking standards below are the real issues that I have seen taken for granted, overlooked, and abused in the mobile entertainment industry. Though, I have personally witnessed each one of these standards being broken by other mobile DJ's, I am determined NEVER to join them in their unethical and unprofessional behavior.
 
I WILL NEVER:
 
  • Stick you with hidden costs
  • Play music that promotes violence
  • Play music that is NOT acceptable 
  • Play only what the DJ wants to hear
  • Drink alcohol on the job
  • Smoke on the job
  • Complain or make excuses
  • Use foul language 
  • Hit on your invited guests
  • Have a bad attitude
  • Be cheesy or overbearing
